For over 30 years Raine & Co. have provided property and development consultancy advice to developers, retailers and landowners on schemes across the country.

Formerly in-house with Sainsbury's and later with the West End practices of Edward Erdman (now Colliers International) and Knight Frank (as Head of Out-of-Town Retail Department), Nick Raine BSc(Hons) FRICS established Raine & Co. in 1990.

With a thorough understanding of development in the retail, residential and senior living sectors, Raine & Co. have consistently delivered outstanding schemes, these ranging from stand-alone superstores, retail warehouses or retirement homes, to complex mixed-use regeneration projects.
